St. Landry Parish Animal Control announces their upcoming Community Day, a special event dedicated to celebrating "Adopt a Dog Month" and supporting Bissell's "Empty the Shelter" initiative. This event will be a day of family-friendly fun, furry companionship, and community engagement.

4. Adoption Opportunity: Bissell Pet Foundation is generously waiving all adoption fees as part of their "Empty the Shelter" event.
