* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Louisiana and
southeast Texas.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.

FRANKLIN, La. — Henry Dennis, Jr., 39, of Curtis Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 18, 2023, at 1:46 PM, on a warrant dated December 15, 2023, for identity theft - 102 counts, criminal conspiracy, and obstruction of justice by tampering with evidence.

Dennis was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
