NEW ORLEANS — On Sunday, December 3, a motorist noticed a small tuxedo kitten huddled beside the guardrail near the top of an overpass (Exit 240 B) in New Orleans East. The motorist contacted the Humane Society of Louisiana, and they dispatched a volunteer to try and locate the frightened kitten.
