WHO: Coushatta Tribe 27th Annual Powwow

WHEN: June 7-8

WHERE: The Pavilion at Coushatta, Kinder, LA

ADMISSION: $8 per person; Ages 6 and younger are free

The Coushatta Powwow is a family event held annually, attracting tribes from around the country including Coushatta, Alabama, Seminole, Creek, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Pawnee, Apache, Navaho, Sioux and others, along with thousands of spectators. It’s a cultural celebration focused on common bonds of community and ancestry, and families are invited to attend!
