LAFAYETTE, La. (KADN) — The future of education took center stage as Louisiana State Superintendent Cade Brumley visited several schools across the Acadiana area as part of a statewide tour.
One of his stops included the Truman Early Childhood Education Center in Lafayette.
He also visited the Washington Career and Technical Education Center in St. Landry Parish, as well as Ernest Gallet Elementary School in Youngsville.
Brumley met with students and teachers at all three schools as he talked about educational progress in the state, as well as future goals.
