* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 22 expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Louisiana and
southeast Texas.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.

Joeniecia Sada Garrette (Benjamin) wanted in New Iberia attack.

NEW IBERIA, La. -- New Iberia Police said Joeniecia Sada Garrette (Benjamin) has been identified as an additional suspect in a New Iberia attack.

According to police, the department received video footage of an incident that occurred at a local restaurant located in the 1200 block of East Admiral Doyle Drive on April 8 .

The footage showed multiple individuals attacking and beating another individual inside the establishment and in the parking lot of the establishment.

Police said the victim sustained significant injuries due to the attack.

Arrest Warrants have been issued for Garrette (Benjamin) for attempted second degree murder, aggravated battery, criminal conspiracy, and inciting a felony.
