ELTON, La. - Deputies responded to the 28000 block of North Dewey Road, Elton in reference to a Domestic disturbance.
The disturbance took place on Friday, October 23, at around 6 pm.
When deputies arrived they spoke to the complainant who reported a physical argument occurred between her and the husband over the six month old son.
The complainant reported her husband grabbed her arm and throat to remove the child from her.
Aaron Thibodeaux, 26, was arrested and booked for domestic abuse battery with strangulation.
