ST. MARTINVILLE, La. (KADN) — St. Martinville police said three suspects have been arrested after a teen was shot to death in a St. Martinville home.

Investigators said Ravonte Narcisse, 20, was the third suspect wanted for the shooting death of Javonte "Buck" Anthony, 18, on Washington Street on Saturday, August 3, around 8:15 p.m. He turned himself in to authorities on Sunday, August 11, and is charged with second-degree murder.

Authorities said two other suspects were previously arrested. They added Barry Bickham III, 21, was arrested and booked into the parish jail on a charge of second-degree murder. They also said Billy Queen, 20, turned himself in to police and was booked on charges of obstruction of justice to second-degree murder (2 counts) and malfeasance in office.

Police noted Queen is a correctional officer at the Office of Juvenile Justice Detention Center in St. Martinville. They added he was still in the probationary phase of employment.
